I arrived on the island on a Tuesday afternoon, had a dive scheduled for Wednesday morning and had asked the hotel to secure transportation to the dive shop for 7:00am. No one showed! Called another service that didn’t show up. On the 3rd try I finally got to the dive boat, 30 minutes late. While on the boat, I met 2 people staying at the same hotel and they said they would be happy to give me a ride back. They were using Jeffery at Top Class Experience. He was there when the boat arrived at the dock, was extremely kind, respectful and knowledgeable. By the end of the 15 minute drive back to the hotel, I had found the only driver I will ever use while in Turks & Caicos. We used the service 5 times in the days we were there and they were ALWAYS prompt, courteous and reasonably priced.
Being in a service type industry, I greatly appreciate a company who respects the fact I chose the use their services. And it shows each and every time we called or texted for a ride.
