This is our second time using Top Class Experience while in Provo and there just isn’t another way to go with a driver other than Jeffrey! He is not just an incredible person but so professional, courteous and went ABOVE and beyond for our trip. We were celebrating two birthdays and he made us feel more than special. He is so punctual and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed while on vacation. He really is our new lifelong friend! There is no one better on the whole island! From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the minute we were dropped back off and all of the personalized service we received in-between, Jeffrey was THE BEST! Jeffrey picked up my husband and I promptly at the airport and we were whisked away to our hotel. On the way to the hotel, he was charming and professional. We requested his business card and called him for every trip we took around the island during our 9-day stay. If he couldn’t pick us up, he was sure to send someone who was just as professional and friendly. The personalized service was top-notch and I dare say won’t be matched or exceeded by another private car service on Provo. We travel and use private car service on every trip and I must say that Jeffrey really exceeded our expectations and we look forward to seeing him on our next trip to TCI very soon! I don’t believe that you’ll be disappointed as he is charming, knows the island, and recommends the best places to eat!
